Valid Class D Security License (Unarmed Sites) or Class D & G Security License (Armed Sites)

Reliable Computer & Cellular Phone

Reliable Personal Vehicle

After Securing a Contract: Pass Hiring Process w/ North America Security Associates llc

2. Review: Non-Service Areas​​

3. Advertise & Promote: Utilize the below advertising material to SPREAD the WORD!

4. Refer a Client: Simply refer a new client to North America Security Associates LLC

Request Client to Provide the Following on Service Request: Your First/ Last Name & Phone Number

5. Secure Contracts that Meet the Following Requirements:

A Minimum of 88 Weekly Billing Hours (ex. 1 Full-Time Guard @ 40 Hours + 2 Part-Time Guards @ 24 Hours)

Minimum 1 Year Security Contract Agreement

Earn Monthly Revenue: For every "Successful Contract," you will receive 33.34% of the secured clients monthly service fee.​

Example: $125.00 (Service Fee) * 3 Guards * 4 Weeks = $1500.00 - 33.34% = $500.01 (Direct Deposit)

6. Securing Contract & Becoming Employed:
After you have successfully secured a contract and became employed w/ North America Security Associates llc, you will be assisted with setting up your assigned managed site; for example:

Disclaimer: Failure to adequately operate assigned sites will result in relinquishment of assigned sites and termination from North America Security Associates llc.

Lack of Communication: A manager who failed to establish clear lines of communication, leading to confusion during a security breach and inadequate coordination with local law enforcement.

Ignoring Protocols: A site supervisor who overlooked established security protocols, resulting in multiple thefts at their site due to inadequate monitoring and reporting.

Failure to Document Incidents: A manager who did not maintain accurate records of incidents, making it difficult to identify patterns or improve security measures.

Poor Staff Morale: A site manager who did not foster a positive work environment, leading to high turnover rates and a lack of consistency in security operations.
