Service Description

This Online Class D Security Guard Training course is designed to educate and certify students as unarmed security guards in the State of Florida. Please ensure that you have a reliable computer w/ camera, microphone, and Ethernet connection to successfully complete the course. WiFi connections are strongly prohibited due to service interruptions. Check your "Spam" box for email notifications from North America Security Associates llc after course sign-up. Student Active Participation: A student must successfully respond to each security question (Challenge). At least one security question (Challenge) shall be provided every two hours of instruction, with the opportunity to re-attempt an unsuccessful response within 5 minutes. If a student fails to successfully respond to a re-attempted security question (Challenge), the online platform must mark the student absent. A Class DS school may provide a student an opportunity to explain an unsuccessful response to a security question (Challenge) and allow the student to make up time lost due to absence or fail the student for non-participation.

Cancellation Policy

This Agreement is entered into on the Effective Date by and between you, an individual (“Student”), and NORTH AMERICA SECURITY ASSOCIATES LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose address is 1438 Haines Drive, Winter Haven, FL 33881 (“School”), and an individual (“Instructor”) (Student, School and Instructor shall be referred to as the “Parties”). In consideration of the covenants and obligations contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto hereby agree as follows: Student acknowledges that School and Instructor have the right to cancel or reschedule the Class, for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, Student will receive a full refund of the paid Tuition. Student may notify School or Instructor in writing at 1438 Haines Drive, Winter Haven, Florida 33881 no less than 5 days prior to the Class date for a full refund of the Tuition. If notice of cancellation is not received within the time specified, Student will not be entitled to a refund of the Tuition.
