Service Term: 1 Year Agreement w/ 3% Annual Guard Pay Rate Increase
Minimum Required Weekly Billing Hours: 32 to 56
First Month Payment: Required prior to the commencement of security services.

Armed Guard Billing Rate (ea. Guard): $20.99 per hr (Armed Guard Hourly Wage: $18)
Holiday Billing Rate: $31.48 per hr (Unarmed Guard Holiday Wage = $37.50 per hr)
Unarmed Security Guard Bill Rate
Unarmed Guard Billing Rate (ea. Guard): $19.82 per hr (Unarmed Guard Hourly Wage: $17)
Holiday Billing Rate: $29.73 per hr (Unarmed Guard Holiday Wage = $25.50 per hr)
Other Associated Costs
Accommodation: $75.00 per week (ea. Guard)

The accommodation fee applies to security personnel who utilize their personal vehicles as designated rest areas and interim duty stations between patrol tours. This fee can be waived if client provides a dedicated break area that includes seating, appliances, trash and recycling bins, water source, and a clean environment.
Patrol Vehicles: Provided by Client (Golf Cart etc.)
Security Phone: Provided by Client
Service Fee: $1,100.00 per month - Covers Uniforms and Equipment, Guard Inspector and Tour Reviewer Costs.
Guard Insurance: $550.00 per month
Insurance Modifications: Clients are responsible for increased general liability and workers compensation costs associated with requests for changes in services.

Fire Watch/ Billing Rate: $45.00 Per Hour/ Per Guard
Fire Watch Guard Duties: A security guard performing fire watch duties is responsible for maintaining safety in areas where fire hazards are present or fire detection systems are inoperable. Their key responsibilities include: Patrolling the area regularly to monitor for signs of fire, smoke, or hazardous conditions. Alerting the fire department and building occupants immediately if a fire is detected. Ensuring that fire safety equipment like extinguishers are accessible and functional. Documenting patrols and observations in a fire watch log for compliance and safety records. Assisting with evacuations if needed, ensuring safe and orderly. These duties help ensure continuous fire safety in high-risk situations or during system outages. Expectations are not limited to the above; client shall request adjustments as seen fit to ensure the safety and security of its customers, visitors, and property etc.
Overtime Pay: Client is responsible for paying security guards for working overtime at a time and a half rate of the guard pay rate plus payroll fees.
Shelter & Bathrooms: Clients must provide adequate shelter and bathroom accessibility for provided security guards.
Insurance Modifications: Clients are responsible for increased general liability and workers compensation costs associated with requests for changes in services.
Payment Terms (Net 30): Upon commencement of security services, an initial invoice will be issued to the client. Invoices shall be satisfied by mailed check to the listed address for North America Security Associates LLC. Clients will be credited for posts that are not covered due to staffing issues and unforeseen circumstances that prevent the presence of provided security personnel.
Alcohol & Drug Consumption Disclaimer: Upon acknowledgment regarding the sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages on contracted premises, security service contracts will be immediately subject to contract re-negotiation. Any form of illegal activity will immediately void any and all contracts with North America Security Associates LLC.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a) All work shall be completed in a professional manner, and if applicable, in compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws.
(b) To the extent required by law all work shall be performed by individuals duly licensed and authorized by law to perform the work.
(c) North America Security Associates LLC warrants that it is adequately insured for injury to its employees and others incurring loss or injury as a result of the acts on its behalf or its employees.
(d) In the event client shall fail to pay any periodic or installment payment due hereunder, North America Security Associates LLC may cease work without breach pending payment or resolution of dispute.
(e) North America Security Associates LLC shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstance beyond its control.
(f) North America Security Associates LLC is an independent contractor and not an employee of the client.
(g) Any service changes must be confirmed and documented by both North America Security Associates LLC and the client.
a. In the event that any discrepancies / corrections needed are found throughout the duration of this contract, North America Security Associates LLC will at all times, consult and discuss options with the client before making any decisions that would affect this agreement.
(h) This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of FLORIDA.
(g) This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between client and North America Security Associates LLC, and supersedes any prior understanding or representation of any kind preceding the date of this agreement. There are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
